Mr. Crocker Harris was a strict teacher who could control his students. His students were so scared of him that they could not even think to refuse his orders and do waste their time. Crocker Harris was old & experienced even though he was not very good teacher. He was so adherent to the rules & regulations that he never dissolved his students marks before allowed.
