I have a dream for such a clean India that is as beautiful and clean as Paradise. The truth is India was a paradise; there was not any pollution in water, air, or on land. However, with the advent of industrialization, colonialism, lop-sided development in the post-independence era, and lack of visionary leadership, India became a land of squalor. However, a new dawn of awareness has brought along a transformation in the attitude of people. Indians want to achieve the goals of world-class cleanliness.
India of my dreams is the advanced, developed, and self-reliant India where all her cities are high-tech and smart cities. Each and every city is abundantly green and equipped with auto maintenance system. Where the rivers flow with the same pristine purity that was at the beginning of civilization. Clean India of my dreams is the India, where every Indian is aware of his responsibilities to cleanliness.
Clean India of my dreams is the India, where each and every city has all the latest and advanced waste management plants; where garbage is treated into organic substances that become organically mingled with the earth, not affecting its environment and ecology in the least. The clean India of my dreams is a perfect paradise of natural beauty and environmental purity.

Clean India mission or "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" was a government programme it is launched by our current PrimeMinister of India Sri Narenda modi ji on 2014 at NewDelhi and this mission was active till 2019. The mission was of 4 years. The main motivation of this mission to make our India clean before 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi ji.
The mission was started to work starting from our house, streets, roads, cities, urban and rural area of our country. They started to make a group of mmembers and also started cleaning the places and take our the wastes on roads, some people started cleaning waste nearby the rivers.
This "Clean India mission" is not only for homes, our surroundings. This mission is also taken care by the school, college students as part of the school and collages. Students were requested to help to make our surroundings clean. They are advised to make their surroundings clean and avoid throwing papers and plastics or wastes on the ground.
Students were taught bout the cleanliness, to protect our nature, human environment (neat) and (clean). Also they were told about that cleanliness makes them free from diseases. Students in many schools made posters to save environment as well there was marathon running contest program to motive people bout this program to save environment.
