ANSWER :-

\frac{\sqrt{2}-1 }{\sqrt{2} +1} =\frac{\sqrt{2}-1 }{\sqrt{2} +1} \times\frac{\sqrt{2} -1}{\sqrt{2} -1} \\\\\\=\frac{(\sqrt{2} -1)^{2} }{(\sqrt{2} )^{2}-1^{2}  } \\\\=\frac{2+1-2\sqrt{2} }{2-1} \\\\=      3-2\sqrt{2}
