( 2^-1 ÷ 5^-1)² × (-5/8)^-2
= (2^-1) × 5¹ × (-8/5)²

= 1/2 × 5/1 × (8 × 8)/(5×5)
= ( 5×8×8)/(2×5×5)
After cancellation, we get
= (4×8)/5
