2 × 10⁶ molecules of N₂ gas enter into the vessel having volume 400 ml at 127° C temperature. Find the pressure of N₂ gas.

To calculate the pressure in the Nitrogen Gas (N2), you need the formula,  


P(N2) * V = n(N2) * R * T


Hence,  


P(N2) = n(N2) * R * T / V


Here,  


n(N2) = 2 * 10^6


Volume (V) = 400 ml


Temperate = 127 degree C = 400.15 K


Hence, P(N2) = 2 * 10^6 * 0.08206 * 400.15 / 400
