Multiply both sides by 10,
10x = 21.131313 ...... (ii)
Repeat until u get Same repeating digit s after Decimals...
100x = 211.31313......
1000x = 2113.131313..... (iii)

Subtract (ii) from (iii), we get ....
$1000x \: = \: 2113.1313..... \\ \: \: \: \: \: 10x \: = \: \: \: \: \: 21.1313.... \\ ..................................... \\ \: \: \: 990x \: = \: \: \: 2092$

x = 2092/990
x = 1046/495

Again multiply equation (2) by 100 we get,

Now,

Subtract equation (2) from equation (3) we get,


1000X = 2113.131313
10X = 21.131313
