Respected Sir,

                     I take the liberty to draw your kind attention to the need for library improvement in the working of our school library. The following are the major reasons why the improvement should be our utmost priority.

• Library is housed in a small stuffy room.
• No proper arrangement of lights .
• Half of the fans are out of order.
• Seating arrangement of only fifty students.
• Library is not neat and clean .

• Non - availability of the books.

Most of the books are available in the catalog only, but these are always missing in our  shelves. The library staff is also non- cooperative . Our school being one of the best institutions in the city needs to be updated especially with the most serene part of the school i.e THE LIBRARY.

I thereby , request you to please accept my application on behalf of all the students and consider our request. It will be highly appreciated.
