Take log on both sides.
dy/dx Ln e = Ln(x+1)
dy = Ln (x+1) dx
y(x) = (x+1) Ln [ (x+1)/e ] + K
y(0) = Ln 1/e + K = 3
K = 3 + Ln e = 4
y(x) = 4 + (x+1) Ln [(x+1)/e ]
dy/dx Ln e = Ln(x+1)
dy = Ln (x+1) dx
y(x) = (x+1) Ln [ (x+1)/e ] + K
y(0) = Ln 1/e + K = 3
K = 3 + Ln e = 4
y(x) = 4 + (x+1) Ln [(x+1)/e ]
