Here is the answer:
2×2/4+3×3/9
 \frac{2 \times 2}{4 + 3 \times 3}  \times  \frac{1}{9}  \\  \\  =  \frac{4}{13}  \times  \frac{1}{9}  \\  \\  =  \frac{4}{117}
