we can say that

20 - 20 = 25 - 25 ( as both are equal to 0 only)

break it such that -

(4×5)(4×5)=(5×5)-(5×5)

now take 4 as common from lhs and 5 common from rhs

it will be

4(5-5)=5(5-5)

now 5-5 = 0 and you will get 4 is equal to 5...
