\huge\mathcal\blue{\underbrace{\overbrace{\mid{\red{answer}}\mid}}}

20 - 20 = 25 - 25 \\  \\  =  > (5 \times 4 ) = (5 \times 5) \\  taking \: 4 \: common \: from \:  \\ l.h.s \: and \: 5 \: common \: from \\ r.h.s \\  =  > 4(5 - 5) = 5(5 - 5) \\ cancelling \: (5 - 5) \\ so \: we \: get \: 4 = 5 \\ 4 \: can \: be \: written \: as \: 2 + 2 \\ so \: 2 + 2 = 5
