To prove : 2 + 2 = 5

Proof :

We can say that..

[Because both equals to 0]

Now,

As we have proved above : 4 = 5

We can substitute value in equation (1)

2 + 2 = 4 [ Given ]

=> 2 + 2 = 5 [ 4 = 5 ]

Hence,

It is proved that 2 + 2 = 5.

Now, coming to the mistakes that we have done above, because it is universal truth that

[ 2 + 2 = 4 ]

So, in the above solution we can't cancel

5 - 5 both sides , because both the sides , there are different numbers multiplied.
