Since base is same we can directly subtract the exponents.

 \frac{1}{3}  -  \frac{1}{5}

 =  \frac{2}{15}

 {2}^{ \frac{2}{15} }

Answer:

\frac{2}{15}

Steps:

2\frac{1}{3} = \frac{7}{3}

2\frac{1}{5} = \frac{11}{5}

\frac{7}{3} - \frac{11}{5}

LCM=15

\frac{35}{15} - \frac{33}{15}

\frac{2}{15}

Hope it helps :)
