Following are the ways to increase production on the same piece of land:-

• shifted towards the commercial farming (means using latest technology,hybrid seeds,machinery etc) from the use of subsistence farming (means using old primitive teachnics such as manually ploughing by oxe,use of manure etc)
• Use multiple cropping on the same piece of land it will benefit in two ways :-

(a) it will increase production as we can grow two crops at the same time.

(b) it will increase the fertility of the soil which will be beneficial for other crops which will be grown later on this soil will also increase its production.
