Explanation:

2^28 = 10^x

Take log base 10 on both sides

= log10(2^28) = log10(10^x)

(By using log identities)

= 28log10(2) = xlog10(10)

( loga(a) = 1)

28log10(2) = x

OR

x = 28log10(2)

Note :- Any thing written after "log" without any brackets is it's base and not a multiple or something
