 {2}^{2x - 1}  =  {4}^{3x + 5}  \\  =  \:  \:  {2}^{2x - 1}  =  {2 ^{2} }^{(3x + 5)}  \\  {2}^{2x - 1}  =  {2}^{6x + 10}  \\  =  2x - 1 = 6x + 10 \\  = 2x - 6x = 10 + 1 \\  =  - 4x = 11 \\  = x =  \frac{ - 11}{4}
