Hi ,

2 ( 2x - 1 / x + 3 ) - 3 ( x + 3 / 2x - 1 ) = 5

Let m = 2x - 1 ;

n = x + 3 ;

2 ( m / n ) - 3 ( n / m ) = 5

2m² - 3n² = 5mn

2m² - 5mn - 3n² = 0

2m² + mn - 6mn - 3n² = 0

m ( 2m + n ) - 3n ( 2m + n ) = 0

( 2m + n ) ( m - 3n ) = 0

Therefore ,

2m + n = 0 or m - 3n = 0

Now put m , n values

2(2x - 1) + x + 3 = 0 or 2x -1 -3(x +3)= 0

4x-2+x+3= 0 or 2x-1-3x-9 = 0

5x + 1 = 0 or -x - 10 = 0

x = -1/5 or x = -10

I hope this helps you.
