solution of que no. 1 :-

let 2x - 3y = 7 be equation on 1st

nd 5x + y = 9 be eq 2nd

multiplying eq 2nd by 3

(5x + y = 9 ) x 3

= 15x + 3y = 27

nd let it be eq no. 3rd

from equation 1st nd 3rd we have

2x - 3y = 7

15x + 3y = 27

2x + 15x = 17x

-3y nd +3y will cancelled.

7 + 27 = 34

then.., we have

17x = 34

x = 34/17

x = 2

putting the value of x in eq no. 2

5x + y = 9

5(2) + y = 9

10 + y = 9

y = 9-10

Y = - 1
