Answer:
(2/3)^-2*(3/2)^3
Now as we know that
(a/b)^-1= (b/a)^1
Applying same property here
(2/3^)-2=(3/2)^2
So,
(3/2)^2*(3/2)^3
Next using the property
a^m*a^n= a^m+n
therefore
(3/2)^2+3=(3/2)^5
=243/32
