To solve:

\tt \hookrightarrow\bigg(\dfrac{3}{2}\bigg)^{-2}

Solution:

To make exponent  positive of any rational number, we have to reciprocate it.

So,

\tt \hookrightarrow\bigg(\dfrac{3}{2}\bigg)^{-2}

\tt \hookrightarrow\bigg(\dfrac{3}{2}\bigg)^{2}

Now squaring of both numerator and denominator.

\tt \hookrightarrow\dfrac{3^2}{2^2}

\tt \hookrightarrow\dfrac{9}{4}

This is your final answer.

Hope it helps :)
