Given:

A series is given

  • 2+3=26
  • 5+1=39
  • 7+2=86
  • 9+7=?

To Find:

 Missing number of the series

  • 9+7=?

Solution:

Following pattern is used in the series

         ⇒ 2+3=26

  • First add both the given number

                   ⇒ 2 + 3 = 5

  • Now Square that number

                   ⇒  5² = 25

  • Now add the odd number in the cube starting from 1

                   ⇒ 25 + 1  = 26

Now for other series

         ⇒    5+1=39

                5 + 1 = 6

                 6² = 36 + 3 = 39

         ⇒    7+2=86

                 7 + 2 = 9

                 9² = 81 + 5 = 86

We can see that same pattern is followed in all series

So,

        ⇒     9+7=?

                 9 + 7 = 16

                 16²  = 256

                  256 + 7 = 263

Thus, The missing number is 263.
