(2 + 3)3250 +  {3}^{ - 1}  \times  {3}^{2}  \\  \\ using \: the \: identity \\  \\  {a}^{m}  \times  {a}^{n}   =  {a}^{m + n} \\  \\ = 1 5 \times 3250 +  {3}^{ - 1 + 2}  \\  \\  =16250 +  {3}^{1}  \\  \\  = 16250 + 3 \\  \\  = 16253

Solution :-

According to Exponent rule :-

a^m × a^n = a^m + n

_______________________________

(2 + 3) × 3250 + 3^-1 + 2

= 5 × 3250 + 3^1

= 16250 + 3^1

= 16250 + 3

= 16253
