= {2^3*4 x 2^4} ÷ 2^8   [(a^m)^n = a^m*n]

= {2^12 x 2^4} ÷ 2^8

= {2^12 + 4} ÷ 2^8         [a^m x a^n = a^m+n]

= 2^16 ÷ 2^8          

= 2^16-8                        [a^m ÷ a^n = a^m-n]

= 2^8

= 256
