And

Second set {which is given at right hand }is given in set builder form.

Let,

First set = A

and

Second set = B

So,

A = {2,3,5,7,9,11}

And

B = {x: x prime number,x<12}

First of all we have to write B in roster form

B = {2,3,5,7,11}

After this

we get,

A ≠ B

as 9 is present in A but not present in B.
