Answer:

here \: 2 \: can \: b \: written \: as \:  \frac{2}{1}

Taking LCM of 1 and 5 which is 5

To get denominator 5 in the fraction

 \frac{2}{1}

We multiply it by 5 in both numerator and denominator .Hence we get

 \frac{2 \times 5}{1 \times 5}  =  \frac{10}{5}

Subtracting both we get

 \frac{10 - 3}{5}  =  \frac{7}{5}

Hence the answer is 7/5
