Verification:-

L.H.S

$= x - \dfrac{2x}{3}$

$= 30 - \dfrac{30 \times 2}{3}$

$= 30 - \dfrac{60}{3}$

$= 30 - 20$

$= 10$

L.H.S is 10 and RHS is also 10.

Therefore, L.H.S = R.H.S
