Answer: if we will throw the hours away we will face difficulties in reading out the exact time . ... it will be most difficult for knowing the exact time ,we have to do so much calculations. as time is calculated in a systematic way ,i.e,1 minute =60 seconds,60 minutes = 1 hour ,etc.
