(\frac{2}{3}) {}^{x}  = ( \frac{3}{2}) {}^{ - 5}  \\ ( \frac{2}{3}) {}^{x}  = ( \frac{2}{3} ) {}^{5}  \\ when \: bases \: are \: same \: we \: equate \: powers \: so \\  \: x = 5
5x = 5 \times 5 = 25
