 \frac{ - 2}{3}  + y =  - 2 \frac{1}{6}

 \frac{ - 2}{3} +   y =  \frac{ - 13}{6}

y =  \frac{ - 13}{6}  -  \frac{ - 2}{3}

y =  \frac{ - 13}{6}  -  \frac{ - 4}{6}

y =  \frac{ - 13 + 4}{6}

y =   \frac{ - 9}{4}
