6

Answer:

 \frac{{2}^{3x - 1} + 10}{7} = 6 \\ {2}^{3x - 1} + 10 = 42 \\ {2}^{3x - 1} = 32 \\{2}^{3x - 1} = {2}^{5} \\ comparing \: the \: powers \: as \: they \: have \: same \: base \\ 3x - 1 = 5 \\ 3x = 6 \\ x = \frac{6}{3} \\ x = 2

hope it helps ya'
