Step-by-step explanation:

2/3 x^2 + 10/3 x+ 4

multiplying above polynomial by 3 we get

2x^2 + 10 x+12

2x^2 + 6x+4x+12 12*2=24

2x(x+3) +3(x+3) 6 4

(x+3) (2x+3)

there fore (x+3) ( 2x+3) are required the factors

hope this helps!!
