2x+3y=2  -----(1)

\frac{x-y}{2} =\frac{1}{2}        -----(2)

The second equation can be written as

x-y=1 ×3

3x-3y=3

Adding both equations:

3x-3y=3

2x+3y=2

----------------

5x     =5

----------------

x=1

\frac{1-y}{2} =\frac{1}{2}

1-y=1

-y=0

So, y=0
