There are two ways to interpret the question. If you evaluate the 2(3) term first, then you get 10.
62 ÷ 2(3) + 4
= 62 ÷ 6 + 4
= 6 + 4
= 10
You could also say the brackets are like multiplication, so you’re dividing by 2 and then multiplying by 3. In that case you get 58.

= 36 ÷ 2(3) + 4
= 18(3) + 4
= 54 + 4
