2,4,6 is strongly acidic because it consists of more -I effect, means -ve inductive effect and NO2 (Nitro) group is most electronegative group. Reactivity is directly proportional to the -I effect. So, 2,4,6 Trinitrophenol is strongly acidic. 2,4,6-trinitrohenol is also known as Picric Acid
