Molar mass of Sulphuric acid
= 2*H + 1*S + 4*O
= 2*1 + 32 + 4*16
= 2+32+64
= 98 u.

No of moles = Weight / Molar mass
= 46/98
= 23/49 moles.

Now.
Molarity = No of moles of solute / Mass of the solution

Molarity = 23/49 / 0.2 litres.
= 23 / 49 * 0.2
= 23/9.8 gmu/ l
