[( \frac{ - 2}{5} )^{ - 1}  ]^{ - 2}  \\  =  (\frac{ - 2}{5} )^{2}  \\  =  \frac{4}{25}

 = \frac{1}{25}  \times  \frac{4}{1}

 =  \frac{4}{25}
