(2/5)^-3 × (2/5)^15 = (2/5)^2 + 3x

=> (2/5)^-3+15 = (2/5)^2 + 3x

=> (2/5)^+12 = (2/5)^2 + 3x

=> 12 = 2+ 3x (2/5 is cancelled on both sides)

=> 2+3x = 12

=> 3x = 12- 2

=> 3x = 10

=> x = 10/3

=> x = 3.333....

I hope it helps you.
