To evaluate :-

\large\bold\red{ {( \frac{2}{5}) }^{3} \times  {( \frac{5}{2} )}^{4}   \times 10}

Formula used :-

 {x}^{m}  \times  {x}^{n}  =  {x}^{m + n}  \\

 {x}^{m}  \div  {x}^{n}  =  {x}^{m - n}

Solution:-

 {( \frac{2}{5} )}^{3}  \times  {( \frac{5}{2} )}^{4}  \times 10 \\  =  \frac{ {2}^{3} }{ {5}^{3} }  \times  \frac{ {5}^{4} }{ {2}^{4} } \times 5 \times 2 \\  =  {2}^{3 + 1 - 4}  \times  {5}^{4 + 1 - 3}  \\  =  {2}^{0}  \times  {5}^{2}  \\  = 1 \times 25 \\  = 25
