Answer:

 \frac{2}{5}  \times ( \frac{ - 3}{7} ) -  \frac{1}{4}  - ( \frac{3}{7} ) \times  \frac{3}{5}

fist simplify the multiple

 \frac{ - 6}{35}  -  \frac{1}{4}   -  \frac{9}{35}

 \frac{ - 15}{35}  -  \frac{1}{4}  =  \frac{ - 3}{7}  -  \frac{1}{4}

 =  \frac{ - 12 - 7}{28}  =  \frac{ - 19}{28}
