According to BODMAS rule:

2/5 x [-3/7] - 1/6 x 3/2 + 1/14 x 2/5

= -6/7 - 3/12 + 2/70

= -6/7 - 1/4 + 1/35

LCM of 7, 4 & 35 = 980

thus, -840 - 245 + 28 / 980

= -1057 / 980

I am not sure about the answer sorry but i told you the procedure...
