According to the question,

 =  \frac{2 \times 5}{5 \times 5}  +  \frac{9 \times 1}{25 \times 1}  \\  =  \frac{10}{25}  +  \frac{9}{25}  \\  =  \frac{10 + 9}{25}  \\   = \frac{19}{25}
