Answer is 0.002 N

First some basic conversions

1 dm3 = 1000 cm3

and \frac{normality}{molarity} = Basicity of acid

Basicity of acid is the number of hydrogen produced by one molecule of acid

the basicity of H2SO4 is 2 because there are two hydrogen atoms.

Now number of moles does not change so

M1V1 =- M2V2

Let's take M1 =x

M2 = 0.2 M

V1 = 0.5 *1000 cm3

V2= 2.5 cm3

so M1 comes out to be

0.001 M

And normality= Molarity* Basicity of acid

normality = 0.002 N
