10 moles

Explanation:

for 1 mole of sulfuryl chloride

2 moles of HCl

1 moles h2so4 will be formed

HCl is mono basic acid so 1 mole koh is required to neutralize 1 mole of HCl

h2so4 is dibasic acid so it needs 2 moles of koh to neutralize 1 moles of h2so4

so for 1 mole of sulfuryl chloride 4 moles of koh is required to neutralize.

in a similar way for 2.5 mols of sulfuryl chloride 10 moles of koh is required to neutralize.
