number of students who come by bus = x/4

number of students who come by walk = x - (2x/5 + x/4) = x - 13x/20 = 7x/20

number of students who come by walk on their own = (7x/20)/3 = 224

7x/60 = 224

x = 224×60÷7 = 1920
