Solution:

I think it may be like this,

(2/3)^-7×(2/3)^-2 = (2/3)^2n+1

=> (2/3)^-7-2 = (2/3)^2n+1

/* We know the Exponential laws.

i ) a^m × a^n = a^m+n

ii) If a^m = a^n then m=n */

=> -7-2 = 2n+1

=> -9 = 2n+1

=> -9-1 = 2n

=> -10 = 2n

=> (-10)/2 =n

=> -5 = n

Therefore,

n = -5
