Answer:

The value of x is 3

Step-by-step explanation:

The value of x is 3

Given 5^x-5^{x-1}=100

we have to find the value of x

5^x-5^{x-1}=100\\\\ 5^x(1-\frac{1}{5})=100\\\\5^x(\frac{5-1}{5})=100\\\\5^x(\frac{4}{5})=100\\\\5^x=\frac{100\times5}{4}\\\\5^x=125=5^3

On comparing both sides, we get

⇒ x=3

Hope it helps mark me as brilientest plz plz

2(5ˣ + 5ˣ) = 100

It's pretty obvious that, a + a = 2a, Hence

⇒ 2(2 × 5ˣ) = 100

⇒ 4(5ˣ) = 100

⇒ 5ˣ = 100/4

⇒ 5ˣ = 25

⇒ 5ˣ = 5²

⇒ x = 2
