2X5x + 2X(-7) - 3X(-2x) -3X4 = 4X(-3x) + 4X3 -12

10x - 14 + 6x - 12 = -12x + 12 - 12

16x - 26 = - 12x

16x + 12x = 26

28x = 26

x = 28 / 26

x = 14 / 13 { around 1.07)
