2.5g of sugar is dissolved in 47.5g of water. Calculate it's concentration as per cent by mass​

Amount of water=47.5g

Total amount=47.5+2.5=50g

Percent by mass of sugar= 2.5÷50×100

So the percent by mass of water =100-5=95℅
