2^-6=1÷2^6
(1÷2^6)×2^4×3^5. ÷3^12×2^3
(1×3^5)÷(2^2×3^12×2^5)
3^-7 ÷27={1÷(3^7×2^7)}=1÷6^7
This is the final answer in positive exponents
