If we try (2–1)^2+(6+1)=1*7=7

Similarly for 2nd

(4–1)^2+(2+1)=9*3=27

Using same releation in 3rd one

(7–1)^2+(3+1)=36*4=144

Therefore

(5–1)^2(8+1)=16*9=144.
